No broken tabs, excellent lens clarity, no major scratches or chips. The black rubber gasket /headlight surround is in great shape. Otherwise- just some normal signs of wear. *a few areas where wiring insulation appeared cracked were covered with a light film of liquid electrical tape (last pics)...
