My son bought this for a car he no longer has. The invoice included is for 2005-2007 Scion TC. It is for the drivers side. It includes hologen bulbs as well. The assembly is in very good condition. No chips or cracks. Seal is in nice shape. Typical signs of wear from a used headlight (bug splatter). No fogging in it. Would be a great replacement headlight.
