This OEM driver side Xenon headlight assembly came from a 2008 Cadillac CTS. The HID bulb and components are all in proper working condition (see second photo of it powered on). All of the mounting tabs are fully intact with no repairs done or necessary. The lens is clean with no cracks, chips but it does have haze that a lens reconditioning kit should be able to clear up.
