This OEM driver side HID headlight assembly came from a 2011 Lincoln MKS that was parted due to accident damage. The HID ballast is in proper working condition (see photos of it powered on). All of the mounting tabs are fully intact. The lens is mostly clear but It does have some very minor haze. There are no chips or broken parts.
