This OEM driver side HID headlight assembly came from a 2010 Lincoln MKT that was parted due to accident damage. The HID ballast and all bulbs are in proper working condition (see photos of it powered on). Only one mounting tab is broken off (see photo # 15). The headlight still securely installs with all other intact mounts. The lens is mostly clear but It does have some minor haze. There are no chips or broken parts.
