2014 2015 2016 LEXUS IS250 IS300 IS350 IS200T LEFT DRIVER HEADLIGHT OEM LH LED. This is a double projector with 2 plugs (one plug is missing with the signal light bulb). One tab (top right side) is missing, but the headlight is functioning well when we removed it from the vehicle. Please make sure your are ordering a correct headlight by matching the pictures.
