Used, but in perfect working condition. All bulbs included were working when removed. No broken tabs. The clear lens is overall good condition with no major scratches, chips or cracks, but that's personally subjective. Please examine pictures. Genuine OEM Mercedes removed from my personal Metris. One of the access cover plates has a crack, but does not let leak or let water in. Never had any problems with them fogging up....
