This is a new Chevrolet headlight made by Karpal for the left side of a 2019-2022 Silverado 1500 in full LED option with Karpal part # GM1904099 which crosses over to GM part # 84879163, actual item pictured. This was bolted on to the car and found to be the wrong one and removed again, so never on a car when driven.
