The lens surface is in excellent condition with no scratches and no signs of wear! One top tab is broken as seen in pics and the one next to it has a broken piece (will not affect use or function). The others are good and intact. Housing has a small repair. Light is otherwise in good condition. LED control module is included and the headlight is ready to install!
