Description: Headlight is in good condition. Underside Lens has a hole in bottom corner! All tabs have been replaced by an OE aftermarket kit, they hold strong. Just don’t include the metal screws. No ballasts included. Please make sure this is what u need. Match part numbers for us to avoid accidental orders....
