Brand New open box. Never used. Bought these for my 1994 Isuzu Amigo but engine blew out and never got a chance to install them. They come with H4 bulbs. They have been in stored in my closet for the last 10 years. In a very safe cool place. So I am selling as is since I can’t test them....
