*READ DESCRIPTION SOLD AS IS* *NO RETURNS* Left headlight low beam does not work. I replaced the ballast and bulb and it still didnt work. The design allows water to get into the ballast/module area and shorts it out. I already fixed them once because of this issue but it came back on a rainy day and I no longer want to troubleshoot them. The right side works fine. Both of the angel eyes and turn signals work correctly on either side....
