All leds are working fine. Item is in brand new condition as it was taken off shortly after being installed. READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE: One of the pair is always on high beam. That MEANS, ONCE YOU TURN ON YOUR REGULAR LIGHT, ONE SIDE HAS ALL THE 3 ROWS LIT, AND ONE SIDE HAS 2 ROWS LIT(as it should). ONCE YOU TURN ON YOUR HIGH BEAM, BOTH SIDES WILL HAVE ALL THE 3 ROWS LIT.
