Back side has several damage spots with holes where the mounting tabs are broke off. Internal is intact. No issues with lighting functionality. Only issue is with the broken mounting tabs. It does not come with the light bulbs or control units (modules/ballasts) Lens in good conditon. SOLD AS IS....
