This is NOS and, to verify upon inspection with 10X magnification, there is no indication of a screwdriver having de-virginized any of the screw heads. The main attaching screw is present with the original plastic spacer.Original sticker still attached as pictured.There is some very, very light surface scratching from age which is common.
