This is a NOS beck arnley adjustable motorcycle headlight bracket. the ends slide in and out and can be flipped up or down and there is a set screw in each side to lock it in place. Fits pretty much any size headlight. Over the years I have used these to mount headlights, spot lights, some turn signals can be adapted to fit the ends. Your creativity is the only limit to what you can adapt these to do. the first picture is closed, second picture shows the 3 pieces apart....
