Headlights are brand new I did open the boxes and cut a hole in the back of the headlight cap so the HID wires would fit in the housing I had a rubber grommets i used to seal it perfectly it looked really good I suggest you get some for clean look. No bulbs are included but I do have the kit I bought for these headlights on sale separately if you want to buy everything together let me know I'll work with you on the price.
