For 88-91 Honda Civic Wagons, this came off of a 1991 RT4WD, but should fit all 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991 Civic wagons. This is One OEM Rear Headrest. Blue color. EXACTLY as pictured: Foam feels a bit "stiff". Not crumbling or weak. No rips or tears. Fabric in good shape but dirty, need a deep detailing. Chrome Shafts have moderate oxidation.
