One only, FJ40 front seat headrest. I would best describe the color as grey or charcoal, but color is very subjective. I would not describe this as black, but Toyota may have had a different idea. Condition is very good, foam is great, soft, and not crumbling at all. Looks like some light paint overspray has gotten on primarily one side of the front and there's a few stains here and there.
