This sale is for one heat shield with clamps. It will fit 2"- 2 1/2" OD exhaust pipes, and comes with two stainless steel clamps to hold it on. This heavy gauge chrome plated steel cover measures 9" long, and 3 1/8" at the widest point. The welded on brackets are about 4 3/4" apart center to center for easy mounting.
