GT Spec is a 90s US-based aftermarket company known for providing quality aftermarket parts for Subaru Imprezas for the USDM market. This is in used condition. The top of the splitter has been notched at the top and bent up to approximately 3" tall. Likely to accommodate for the 2002-2003 JDM STI hood scoop.
