This is the XR7 Eliminator Hood Scoop for the 1969-1970 Mercury Cougar. Raised 2" at the opening. Measurement for the scoop is as follows: 26" Front to rear x 20" W front x 25" W rear. Hand laid fiberglass, black gel coat finish, primed. Has stud mounts, not in factory position. Bolt-on. Hardware not included.
