Vintage 12-volt Hutchins ahoogah horn. This horn is not refurbished. I bought this horn at an auction because it looked new. It has a few very small scratches and appears almost like it was never used except for the wire ends. It still has the original paint. It was not working so I disassembled it for refurbishing but when I opened it all it needed was an adjustment and a mounting bracket. I re-assembled it with all new screws, nuts, and washers.
