Vintage 12-volt Hutchins ahoogah horn. This refurbished horn has been disassembled, de-rusted (I use a electrical process called electrolysis to remove all rust), cleaned (triple wire brushed and scrubbed with steel wool), and re-painted with Rustoleum gloss black paint. It was re-assembled with all new screws, nuts, washers, gasket, grommet, and wiring where needed. It has been tested and adjusted for a great sound.
