This is a vintage 12-volt Hutchins ah-ooo-gah horn. This refurbished horn has been disassembled, de-rusted, cleaned, and re-painted with Rustoleum gloss black paint. I use an electrical process, electrolysis, to remove all rust and then triple wire brush and scrub with steel wool before painting. It was re-assembled with all new screws, nuts, washers, gasket, grommet, and wiring where needed. It has been tested and adjusted for a great sound.
