This is a control cables for the heater water valve (TEMP) for the 1968-70 American Motors Javelin and AMX V8 with intake manifold mounted heater water control valve. The TEMP cable uses a higher temperature plastic housing to better withstand engine bay heat. The center wire is made from 302 stainless steel spring wire, slightly larger diameter than the originals for higher strength and less chance of buckling.
