1990s Isuzu square dash HVAC heat temperature control unit with faceplate. Comes as shown. NO AC switch, but does fit vehicles with AC. You just have to swap over your switch. fan switch worked all speeds. Check your resistor behind the glove box, if you are not getting all speeds and possibly only HIGH.
