This is an awesome AC 8,000 RPM tachometer from the 60's. This was made for mechanics to hook up to a car while tuning and running diagnostics. It has wire leads with alligator clips to attach to the coil terminals. The leads get hidden behind a hinged door on the back of the unit. This tach will work on 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines by using the switch on the side of the unit to select the correct application.
