This was made specifically for the BMW vintage /2 Twins to replace the original dipstick, screws right into the oil filler. Complete with silicone seal. Temperature is measured in degrees Fahrenheit, easy to read blue and white(naturally) with a red needle. Mineral oil dampening helps keep the needle stable.
