We believe this tach to be NOS, but because of poor storage has become damaged...Something hot was apparently laid against the tach and melted spot on top...The tach needle moves freely and should work fine...Looks like a small spider or something got in through the small hole and is dead inside the lens on the bottom.. There is some surface rust on mounting studs on back but should be an easy clean... Otherwise light socket assembly is there...Good for repair, parts or run as is. Most of our pa...
