This is a new, "MADE IN THE USA, circuit board for all 1959 Cadillacs. It fits on the back of the instrument cluster and provides power to all of the dash lights and gauges. It is an improved design over the original with the wire runs covered. I also have the 1958 2 piece dash circuit board available under a different listing.
