Seller notes

Untested unknown if gauges work. Speedometer moves freely. Odometer reads 99k but I don't think it works. No cracks or brakes. Crystal seems clear, there are some storage scuffs but nothing bad. The bezel needs repainting. The numbers/letters are fair and readable. The circuit board looks good. Not too rusty. Includes some bulbs but I don't know if they work....
