PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS You are buying a 1969 Charger Rally Dash gauge cluster. Needs to be restored as the gauge faces are dirty and discolored. Also have some light surface rust spots but will be able to be restored as it's light. Speedometer seems to work fine, you can move the needle and it returns and rests back on "0" as it should.
