2-pin for 1983 cars. Function same as 1982 difference being just stylistic, the chrome vs. black center trim. Both tach and clock tested and work great. NOT for 84-85 cars with 3pin tach. If currently your tach doesn’t work check the amplifier first before you suspect the gauge itself and buy another tach.
