You are receiving a rebuilt speedometer and shipping to you-NOT A COMPLETE CLUSTER. The electrical engineer who is doing the work has found and corrected the commonly seen faults, and has fabricated a test module to verify results, and even simulates hot or cold conditions to assure the units will keep working for you.
