Removed from a running 1997 9.9 hp Johnson. Model number J10RELEUS. It was a remote control motor. It does not have a choke. Part number. 436779 I disassembled and completely cleaned it inside and out. It is in excellent working condition. The gasket under the top cap may need to be replaced at some point. I believe that it is aftermarket & it is not in the best condition. The part that I circled in red is an air restrictor. It's plastic. The top loop part is broken off of it, but it still works...
