Note on part number: There are two variants of this part - one has a clipped off corner and the other is rounded. I don't know which part number goes with which part and I have no idea why OMC changed it because either one will fit any '74 to '92 Johnson or Evinrude 9.9 or 15 hp outboard. You can always grind this rounded one if there's a good reason for doing that though I've never found one.
