Took a perfectly working tested unit and upgraded using the German auto solutions rebuild kit which replaces the plastic flap and plastic bell crank with anodized aluminum . New gasket, and also replaces the pin with a longer one that threads through the flap making it impossible to fall into the engine unlike the oem design.
