This is an OVAL Polished Aluminum Rear Breather for the Ford FE engine.Ford part number on this is C3AZ-6587-A.. This style was used on the Ford 390 HP 4V, 6V and 8V engines, as well as 406 4V, 6V, 8V and 427 Low Riser engines with 4V or 8V Carburetion. These have been out of the parts book for many decades.
