everything attached is included, it's been sitting in my attic for a few years as a spare for my 302. it was setup for an explorer so it has the elbow on it. i had a custom cover made for the center tube, and it has the heat spacer as well. intake could use a cleaning, but it was working fine on the explorer and my thunderbird before that. it's used and not new, so it's not in perfect condition....
