If you see black soot coming from the hole in the center runner on the passenger side of the intake manifold, then this is the tube you need to replace that tube and stop the leak. The steel heat choke tube from the carburetor goes into this tube on the intake manifold. This is made of nice, sturdy stainless steel and is approximately 10" long.
