This is an VERY CLEAN old genuine Weber carb fits the triumph cars its a DGEV with 26/27 refers to the venturi diameter, primary and secondary. And yes it's a staged carb. Primaryopens most of the way and then the secondary. Like almost all 4bbl. carbs.PLEASE NOTE IT is missing outside bracket ref to pictures, I don't have it so sell as is no returns...
