This side stand is off a 1977 Moto Guzzi 850T3 FB(Floor Board) model. It was going to be used on the restoration but the owner wanted it changed. All the parts for this item have been cadmium plated. Cadmium plating is specified for US Military's vehicles for corrosion protection instead of Zinc. We use it for its soft silver finish on many steel parts instead of chrome..
