This a Nomad Upper Tailgate Hinge Cover, for 1955-56-57 Chevy Nomads. It has been rechromed. does have a 20 very small pinpoint bubbles on one end on outside. (Tried to get some pics, not sure if you can see).Several bubbles on inside (see pics.) But would be nice enough for decent car.
