This is a special lighting kit made for Audi B8.5 A4/S4 for custom headlights. The kit is controlled via Bluetooth with the Morimoto App and the controller supports up to 4 channels. I used it for custom RGB DRLs and RGB Demon Eyes that were professionally installed by myself. You can use this to control whatever you want, but the drivers included are for the setup above (I only ever used 2 of the 4 channels).
