PIAA Cobalt 6200k H4 (9003) HID (Xenon) Conversion Kit (Part no. HH111E). This conversion kit changes a vehicle with H4 (9003) halogen bulbs to HID (Xenon) bulbs. The conversion kit was "Made in Japan". These PIAA HID (Xenon) conversion kits are powered from the battery, rather than the cheaper Chinese kits which are powered using the original headlight wiring loom.
