These are basically new, but have been opened and installed. Purchased from Advance Auto to fix a failed rear blinker light on a VW Tiguan. After installing and finding they look great, the VW warned the bulbs are "out" because these bulbs do not draw enough power to meet the minimum current threshold. I could have bought a "LED load resistor" pack to appease the car's intelligence but decided to too much work and replaced with incandescent bulbs. This is your chance to capitalize on my interest...
