This is a Tohatsu 35 hp, 40 hp lower unit. It is complete. The engine had low compression when the lower unit was removed. It’s been sitting for 4-5 year. I would definitely change the water impeller before install. I did pull the bottom drain plug screw, there was no water in the lower so the seals are good. You can also see a picture of the oil that came out. Measurements of the driveshaft are in the picture . This came off a 1996 40hp Tohatsu. Please make sure this lower unit is the correct...
