This rack came off a 79 Yamaha xt500.period correct rack. nice simple rack.mounts behind turn signals and fender bolts. I’m not 100% sure if this was from Yamaha back in the day,or was aftermarket.it was missing the small u bracket to hold it down to fender loop.i purchased a u bracket and assortment of attaching hardware. I re drilled it to match mounting pad....
