1932-1934 Ford 4 cylinder BB bellhousing. These are commonly used behind model B engines to adapt a later transmission such as a toploader 4 speed or T5. It looks to be in good shape overall. The cross shaft has wear and the ford was welded to it. You could cut the weld and reuse the fork or just replace them both as they are readily availablr. See the pictures....
